Shipping,Tracking & Delivery
Our delivery charges is $20 is added in case of choosing Open Parcel as delivery method.
We only deliver in the cities of USA currently.
You can track your order now by logging into your OTB Account.
You can now view the order packaging video once your order is in transit by visiting your OTB Account. Click the Order ID to view the desired video.
Cancellations and Modifications
You can cancel your order by calling us directly on our helpline at Info@buyitorder.com. If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery and return it to our Rider. Our team will identify your order as canceled, and the advance payment will be reimbursed.
Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The already made payments will be refunded to you.
We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the courier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund. The refund time varies with the method of Refund.
In case of order cancellation by Customer, Processing fee will not be refunded.
Returns and Replacement
The product can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:
1. The product is different from what was mentioned on the website.
2. A defective/damaged product has been received.
You can only return the product if it is faulty.
It can take 5 to 7 working days for a refund or replacement.
